My name is Annett Thøgersen, and I work as a researcher at SINTEF Materials Physics in Oslo. I study material related problems using advanced characterization equipment, such as Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray Photoelectron Spectrocopy (XPS), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). I work on all types of materials to understand their properties in detail. However, I have a special love for materials related to renewable energy, such as solar cells.

I have three small kids, and a mathematician husband (who helps me whenever I need data simulations or programming expertise).
